Swollen Batteries Are an Immediate Fire Hazard
Lithium-ion polymer batteries generate gas pockets inside their foil packaging when internal electrolyte layers break down due to constant overcharging, high ambient room temperatures, or defective charging circuitry. A swollen battery pushes against the underside of the trackpad, causing erratic cursor clicks and warping the laptop aluminum keyboard deck.
Safe Disposal and OEM Grade-A Replacement
Never puncture or press down on a swollen battery. The trapped electrolyte gas is highly flammable and can ignite upon exposure to ambient oxygen. We safely isolate the swollen pack, recycle it under eco-friendly hazardous waste protocols, and install an original Grade-A battery with an integrated battery management system (BMS) calibrated for 500+ charge cycles.
